InventraRx - Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the InventraRx application (hereby referred to as "Application") developed by ByteBunkers. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring you have a positive experience while using our Application.

1. Information We Collect and Usage

We collect Personal Information (such as email addresses) for account creation and authentication. We also collect non-personal device information (such as Advertising IDs) to serve advertisements and analyze app performance. Specifically, based on the services integrated into our App, we collect and process the following data:

• Account Information (Firebase Authentication): Email addresses, passwords (hashed securely by Google), and Unique User IDs used for user login, session management, and securing tenant data.
• App Usage & Performance Data (Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics): Device IDs, IP addresses, session durations, operating system versions, and app interaction data to track app performance, monitor crashes, and understand user interactions.
• Advertising Data (Google Mobile Ads / AdMob): Advertising ID (Ad ID), IP addresses, and device identifiers to serve personalized or non-personalized ads.
• Business Data (Cloud Firestore): User-generated content such as inventory lists, transaction histories, and staff data necessary for the core functionality of the pharmacy management system.
• Purchase History (Google Play Billing): Purchase history and subscription status for handling premium subscriptions or one-time purchases. Payment details like credit card numbers are handled securely by Google Play, not directly by our Application.

2. Third-Party Services

The Application utilizes specific third-party services to function correctly and to serve advertisements. These third-party services may collect information used to identify you in accordance with their respective privacy policies. 3. Data Security

We value your trust in providing us your information, and we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/SSL) provided by Firebase to protect user data and inventory records both in transit and at rest on cloud servers. However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

You maintain full control over your data:

• Data Deletion: Users have the right to delete their account and associated data at any time. You can delete your account directly within the Application by navigating to Settings > Delete Account, or by contacting us at rajarajanp@bytebunkers.in.
• Third-Party Analytics: Any anonymized analytics data collected by Firebase is retained in accordance with Google's retention policies and can be managed via your Google account settings.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
