By downloading, installing, or using the ByteBunkers VPN mobile application ("Application"), provided by ByteBunkers ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not install or use the Application.

2. Description of Service & VpnService API

ByteBunkers VPN is a virtual private network utility designed to enhance your digital privacy and data security. The Application utilizes Android's official android.net.VpnService API to establish a secure, encrypted local tunnel interface (tun0) on your device, routing network traffic through encrypted remote relay nodes.

3. Zero-Logs Commitment & Privacy

We operate ByteBunkers VPN under a strict Zero-Logs Policy. We do not track, collect, record, or store your browsing destinations, DNS queries, network payloads, or connection metadata. 4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use ByteBunkers VPN solely for lawful purposes. You must NOT use our services to:

  • Engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities under applicable international, federal, state, or local laws.
  • Transmit malware, viruses, trojans, worms, or any malicious code intended to compromise or destroy network infrastructures.
  • Launch Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, automated bot traffic, port scanning, or unauthorized security vulnerability testing.
  • Send unsolicited commercial bulk emails ("spam") or conduct phishing schemes.
  • Violate the intellectual property, copyright, patent, trademark, or privacy rights of any third party.
  • Distribute, transmit, or promote child exploitation material, hate speech, or content that incites imminent violence.

5. Free Tier & Advertising (Google AdMob)

To provide high-speed encrypted VPN servers to our users at zero subscription cost, ByteBunkers VPN integrates the Google Mobile Ads SDK (Google AdMob) to display banner, interstitial, or rewarded advertisements. By using the Application, you acknowledge and agree that non-personal ad telemetry may be handled in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy.

6. Service Availability & Quality of Service

ByteBunkers VPN is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to maintain uninterrupted high-speed server connectivity and maximum uptime:

  • We do not guarantee that the service will be continuous, error-free, or entirely uninterrupted.
  • Connection speeds and latency may vary depending on network congestion, geographic location, and local Internet Service Provider (ISP) conditions.
  • We reserve the right to perform routine server maintenance, software upgrades, and network configuration changes at any time.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ByteBunkers disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Under no circumstances shall ByteBunkers, its directors, developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to, use of, or inability to use the Application, including damages arising from third-party network interruptions or third-party web content accessed while connected.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, trademarks, software code, graphics, and documentation associated with ByteBunkers VPN remain the exclusive property of ByteBunkers. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application on personal Android devices for individual, non-commercial purposes.

9. Termination

You may terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling and deleting the Application from your device. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue service access without prior notice if we detect severe violations of our Acceptable Use Policy.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service periodically to reflect changes in our technology or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Application following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
